In 1949, the Innocenti design department at Centro Studi set about designing this quirky little Micro car, utilising the engine from the Lambretta Furgone B 125. The design was given to Italian manufacturer Cimen to produce a working prototype. It was given the name Girino (tadpole), and was presented at the Milan motorshow in 1949, however it was greeted with certain speculation and only a few dozen were ever produced.
