This concept, features an engine in a perpendicular configuration with non forced air cooling. An interesting point is the latitudinal leaf spring configuration for the rear suspension. The front end apears to be a derived version of the Lambretta Furgone D model. This overall concept is not too dissimilar to that of Experiment 90
